Patricia Grad

Patricia Grad has more than 20 years of experience developing, launching, and executing strategic fundraising and business development plans for alternative asset firms. She currently serves as a Senior Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations at Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in investments in industrial and healthcare companies. Previously, Patricia was a Director in the Investor Development Group of Actis and Head of Investor Relations of Irving Place Capital. She is the past chair and a board member of Amigos de las Américas, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring leaders through authentic service and immersion experiences. Patricia earned a B.A. with honors from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
